CrossFit 1099 is excited to announce our partnership with Fitness Forward Physios, bringing specialized physical therapy services directly to our facility. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, aiming to prevent one, or looking to enhance your performance, Fitness Forward Physios provides expert care designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts like you.

About Fitness Forward Physios

Fitness Forward Physios is dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals stay pain-free and at the top of their game. Their approach focuses on one-on-one personalized care to ensure you receive the attention and treatment you need to perform your best. With cutting-edge techniques and a deep understanding of movement mechanics, they create tailored treatment plans that fit seamlessly into your training routine.

Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Exercises

Tight muscles, stiff joints, and restricted movement can hold you back from reaching your full potential. Our manual therapy techniques—such as soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulations, and stretching—help restore proper function and mobility. When combined with guided therapeutic exercises, you’ll regain strength, flexibility, and control over your movements.

Kinesiology Taping

Whether you need extra support for a joint, muscle, or ligament, kinesiology taping provides stability while still allowing full range of motion. This technique can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support injured areas without restricting movement.

Physical Therapy Services

Every journey to recovery or peak performance starts with a professional evaluation. Our thorough assessment identifies underlying movement limitations, muscle imbalances, or injury risks. By pinpointing problem areas, we can create a customized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.

Dry Needling

For athletes dealing with chronic pain, tight muscles, or nagging injuries, dry needling can be a game-changer. This technique uses thin needles to stimulate trigger points, reducing muscle tension and improving circulation. It’s an excellent tool for faster recovery, pain relief, and enhanced muscle function.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM is a highly effective method that uses specialized tools to break down scar tissue, release muscle adhesions, and improve range of motion. This technique is particularly beneficial for athletes recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic tightness, or experiencing overuse conditions.

Cupping Therapy

Popular among elite athletes, cupping therapy helps relieve muscle tension, increase blood flow, and promote healing. The suction effect works to reduce inflammation, break up adhesions, and improve overall mobility, allowing you to train harder with less discomfort.

Personal Training Sessions with a Rehab Focus

Fitness doesn’t stop at rehab—our expert guidance ensures you return to your workouts stronger and more resilient than before. If you’re looking for a structured training plan that integrates injury prevention and mobility work, these personalized sessions are designed to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.
